Peru declares environmental emergency after oil spill


LIMA (Reuters) – Peru’s authorities on Thursday declared an environmental emergency in a northern coastal space, the place state oil agency Petroperu final weekend spilled a crude oil cargo into surrounding waters of the Pacific Ocean.
