Turkey shares decrease at shut of commerce; BIST 100 down 1.35%


Investing.com – Turkey shares have been decrease after the shut on Monday, as losses within the Meals & Drinks, Transport and Holdings & Investments sectors led shares decrease.

On the shut in Istanbul, the BIST 100 misplaced 1.35%.

One of the best performers of the session on the BIST 100 have been Turkiye Sigorta AS (IS:TURSG), which rose 8.38% or 1.39 factors to commerce at 17.98 on the shut. In the meantime, Fenerbahce Futbol AS (IS:FENER) added 4.24% or 1.96 factors to finish at 48.20 and Anadolu Anonim Turk Sigorta Sti (IS:ANSGR) was up 4.06% or 4.10 factors to 105.10 in late commerce.

The worst performers of the session have been Anadolu Efes Biracilik ve Malt Sanayi AS (IS:AEFES), which fell 9.98% or 23.60 factors to commerce at 212.80 on the shut. AG Anadolu Group Holding (IS:AGHOL) declined 9.95% or 37.75 factors to finish at 341.75 and ENKA Insaat ve Sanayi AS (IS:ENKAI) was down 3.82% or 2.00 factors to 50.35.

Falling shares outnumbered advancing ones on the Istanbul Inventory Trade by 284 to 274 and 26 ended unchanged.

Gold Futures for February supply was down 0.70% or 18.34 to $2,613.56 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities buying and selling, Crude oil for supply in February rose 0.99% or 0.70 to hit $71.30 a barrel, whereas the March Brent oil contract rose 0.75% or 0.55 to commerce at $74.34 a barrel.

USD/TRY was up 0.77% to 35.34, whereas EUR/TRY rose 0.41% to 36.72.

The US Greenback Index Futures was up 0.23% at 108.04.
