Taiwan shares decrease at shut of commerce; Taiwan Laden 1.39%


Investing.com – Taiwan shares had been decrease after the shut on Friday, as losses within the , Transport and Equipment sectors led shares decrease.

On the shut in Taiwan, the Taiwan Weighted misplaced 1.39%.

Crude oil for February supply was up 0.53% or 0.39 to $74.31 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities buying and selling, Brent oil for supply in March rose 0.55% or 0.42 to hit $77.34 a barrel, whereas the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 8.52 to commerce at $2,699.32 a troy ounce.

USD/TWD was up 0.23% to 32.96, whereas TWD/CNY unchanged 0.22% to 0.22.

The US Greenback Index Futures was up 0.17% at 109.19.
