Delta resumes flights at Atlanta hub, cancels 700 flights


(Reuters) – Delta Air Traces (NYSE:DAL) mentioned on Friday that departures and arrivals at its Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta hub have resumed after excessive winter climate pressured the closure of all 5 runways for greater than two hours.

The provider canceled roughly 700 flights throughout its community on Friday and warned that further changes to its flight schedule are doable all through the weekend.

Restoration efforts are ongoing at different airports all through the Southeast of the USA, the airline mentioned.
