  • 5,900 sq. toes at Overton Centre Tower II, at 4150 Worldwide Plaza in Fort Value: $157,720 annual lease from the Federal Railroad Administration. Lease efficient 2014 was set to run out in 2029.

  • 6,400 sq. toes at Brookhollow Riverside, at 2505 North State Freeway 360 Service Highway East in Grand Prairie: $152,938 annual lease from the Workplace of Inspector Normal. Lease efficient November 2015 was set to run out in 2030.

There are 32 different leases throughout Texas confirmed as terminated on DOGE’s web site. Many will end in $0 in financial savings, together with for the Occupational Security and Well being Administration’s 7,200-square-foot lease in Houston and the Federal Railroad Administration’s 5,800-square-foot lease in Fort Value.
