Malaysia’s October industrial manufacturing up 2.1%, beneath forecast


KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – Malaysia’s industrial manufacturing index rose 2.1% from a yr earlier in October, beneath expectations, authorities knowledge confirmed on Tuesday.

October’s manufacturing unit output had been forecast to broaden 2.5%, based on 12 economists surveyed in a Reuters ballot.
