Mexico shares decrease at shut of commerce; S&P/BMV IPC down 0.34%


Investing.com – Mexico shares have been decrease after the shut on Friday, as losses within the Industrials, Shopper Items & Companies and Shopper Staples sectors led shares decrease.

On the shut in Mexico, the S&P/BMV IPC declined 0.34%.

The very best performers of the session on the S&P/BMV IPC have been Controladora Vuela Compania de Aviacion SAB de CV (BMV:VOLARA), which rose 2.89% or 0.47 factors to commerce at 16.75 on the shut. Falling shares outnumbered advancing ones on the Mexico Inventory Alternate by 123 to 118 and 18 ended unchanged.

Gold Futures for February supply was up 0.99% or 26.51 to $2,717.31 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities buying and selling, Crude oil for supply in February rose 3.65% or 2.70 to hit $76.62 a barrel, whereas the March Brent oil contract rose 3.61% or 2.78 to commerce at $79.70 a barrel.

USD/MXN was up 1.14% to twenty.71, whereas EUR/MXN rose 0.63% to 21.22.

The US Greenback Index Futures was up 0.43% at 109.47.
