WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday mentioned he would tariff and tax nations to complement People, promised an overhaul of the commerce system, and mentioned the USA would set up an “exterior income service”.

“We’re establishing the exterior income service to gather all tariffs, duties and revenues. It will likely be large quantities of cash pouring into our treasury, coming from overseas supply,” he mentioned in his inaugural handle.
